How can I access the new features if I’m already a LucidLink Classic customer?

To access the new features ahead of the official upgrade tool, you’ll need to create a separate registration for the new LucidLink. The new product has its own database and billing structure. Note that filespaces for both LucidLink Classic and the new LucidLink can be mounted on the same desktop at the same time. This allows our customers to explore the capabilities of the new LucidLink while still using LucidLink Classic.

However, please note that Classic filespaces cannot be accessed through the new LucidLink app, and vice versa.
